The Articles of Association are the formal instrument of governance for the Trust:
- The Trust Board is responsible for determining and approving a scheme of delegation that delivers effective governance within and across the Trust.
- The Trust has established a devolved model of governance which, in accordance with the Scheme of Delegation, is delivered through a formal committee structure.
- The structure and terms of reference for each committee are provided below.
